This Form is for potential wedding clients looking to have a gown created or redesigned. A custom wedding gown and a revamped wedding gown have two completely different price points. If you're needing alterations only please do not fill this form, and book under wedding dress alterations instead. Please submit all necessary information below so that we can determine a price range of your garment. Please note that a quote is just an estimate based off the details given. Your official quote can not be determined until a consultation has been scheduled and all fabric, materials and details have been discussed during your consultation.
