• How do I book you for a custom garment? 

• For custom garments, there is a custom apparel inquiry form under the "contact us" tab. Fill out the form and submit. Submissions are automatically received. I will contact you within 24 hours or next business day by email​​.

• How much time in advance should I book for a custom dress/garment?

• Most of our custom garments require a 4-6 week turnaround time that includes shipment of materials, fabric and production.  Bridal and Prom gowns should be booked 3-6 months in advance.​​

• Can you rush my order?

• Yes! rush orders are available with a fee of 25% of garment cost. If your garment is needed before our 4-6 week turnaround time, fees will be applied.​​​

• Do you offer alterations?

• yes! alterations can be booked by appointment only!

• Do you accept out of state clients?

• For customs like birthday, bridal & special occasions yes out of state clients are welcome to book a virtual consultation. Garments will be shipped unless you opt for in person pickup/fitting.

• How should I prepare for a virtual consultation?

• Virtual consultations are scheduled upon availability & are done by video/facetime/zoom. All you need is a measuring tape (found in wal-mart) and be sure to be deposit ready.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Turnaround/processing times are as follows:

Ready-made apparel 3-5 business days 

Custom made apparel 4-6 weeks 

Alterations apparel 5-7 business days

Bridal alterations can take up to 4 weeks

Please note that items that are made as ordered may require more or less time

do not include weekend days or holidays for processing.

Alterations that require more labor/detailed work may require a longer turnaround time

Due to the nature of custom made garments, Returns/refunds are not accepted. All sales are final.
